FORMAT
One service: a private off-road drive.
You participate only in your own vehicle. JeepMasters prepares the day and defines the route to suit the conditions and intended drive level.
The event includes drive coordination, a safety briefing, group communication, two active JeepMasters support vehicles, with a third vehicle used only when route risk and confirmed insurance justify it and basic trail support using the support vehicles' normal equipment.
This is not an accommodation, catering, passenger transport or vehicle-rental offer. JeepMasters does not provide a separate driver-training service as part of this product.

After booking an off-road event, you decide independently whether you need accommodation, where you stay, where you eat and whether you use any additional services. You may choose any independent provider or arrange everything yourself.
JeepMasters does not collect payment for these services and they are not a condition of joining the Off-Road Experience.

Each day is a separately identified JeepMasters event with its own Event Order. Reserving all three uses a separate multi-day rate — you are still purchasing only JeepMasters off-road services.
Main Off-Road Day
The main, longest and most demanding day with the greatest use of the route, crew and two active support vehicles.

One reservation for all three identified Off-Road Days. Each day keeps its own timetable and Event Order.
17,500 PLN / groupYou may buy a single day. The 17,500 PLN rate is a separate tariff for reserving all three Off-Road Days together; it does not include accommodation, meals or other third-party services.
JEEPMasters OPERATIONAL BASE
A meeting point and event facility — not participant accommodation.
JeepMasters may rent a private property in the region solely for its own operational use: meeting point, parking, briefing, team support and end-of-day gathering.
Participants do not buy accommodation at the operational base from JeepMasters. Everyone chooses, books and pays for their own accommodation — or returns home.
In the morning JeepMasters may provide complimentary coffee, tea, water or a light refreshment. After the driving day there may be a complimentary informal campfire gathering. These are not separately priced services and are not a condition of participation.
Lunch: a break during the day. Participants arrange and pay for food themselves — a restaurant, their own food or another option of their choice.

Want the vehicle checked before or after? Your choice.
JeepMasters can check your vehicle before the event or after you return, but this is a separate workshop service.
It has a separate quote, is not a condition of participation and you may decline it. Declining a paid check does not change the participant's responsibility to arrive in a roadworthy vehicle suitable for the planned drive.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not part of the JeepMasters service. You choose, book and pay any provider independently.
Meals
Meals are not part of the JeepMasters service. You arrange food independently.
Passenger transport
JeepMasters does not provide passenger transport. You reach the meeting point in your own vehicle.
Heavy Recovery
If a situation exceeds the normal capability of the support vehicles, the vehicle owner chooses and contracts an independent recovery operator directly.

Key rules.
Can I join without my own 4×4?
No, not under this offer. Off-Road Experience is only for participants driving their own vehicles.
Do I have to reserve all days?
No. Each day is independent and you can choose only the date that suits you.
Does JeepMasters provide accommodation?
No. You choose, book and pay for accommodation independently with any provider.
Are meals included?
No. Meals remain your own arrangement.
Do I need to buy a workshop check?
No. It is an optional separate workshop service and is not a condition of participation.
What if my vehicle gets stuck?
The two active support vehicles provide basic trail support. If specialist Heavy Recovery is required, the vehicle owner contracts an independent operator directly.
